Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using yourarchetype.is (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Entertainment Purpose

All archetype profiles, personality descriptions, compatibility analyses, and AI-generated readings provided on this Site are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute psychological, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any content for any particular purpose.

Digital Products — Personalized Readings

No refunds after delivery

Personalized readings ($9 solo, $9 pair) are AI-generated digital content delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the content is generated and delivered in real time specifically for you, all sales are final once generation has begun. No refunds will be issued after delivery.

Technical failures

In the rare event that a generation fails and no reading is delivered, we will issue a full refund. Contact us at hello@yourarchetype.is with your order reference.

Physical Products — Framed Prints

Production and shipping

Framed archetype prints ($49) are produced and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Each print is made to order and typically ships within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

Damages and defects

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@yourarchetype.is with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns

Because prints are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it.

User-Provided Content

When you submit a name, birthdate, or other input for reading generation, you grant us a limited license to process that information solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not use your inputs to train AI models, share them with third parties beyond what is necessary for generation and fulfillment, or retain them beyond the operational need.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including archetype profiles, glyph artwork, descriptions, UI design, and AI-generated readings — is owned by or licensed to yourarchetype.is and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may share links to the Site and your personal archetype or reading pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

AI-generated reading content delivered to you is licensed for your personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or republication is prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site without our written consent
• Resell or commercially exploit readings, profiles, or other content generated by the Site
• Impersonate another person or submit false information to generate content

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yourarchetype.is and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
